Cabins: Compleat Angler | Appalachian | Outrigger | Flying Bridge | The Reach | Bimini Twist This one-bedroom log-constructed cabin is furnished with a king-sized bed. The bedroom has a large opening to the living area for a full view of the wood-burning stone fireplace. A unique sliding barn door closes this opening for additional privacy. Additionally, the room features a french door that opens to the porch to access the hot tub. The porch is covered but open-sided to get "close up" to the hemlock, laurel and rhododendron with the trout pond acting as a natural backdrop. Also, one may access the porch from the large living area with its large stone fireplace and antique hand hewn timbers. Ajacent to the living area is a fully eqiupped modern kitchen. Sharing the porch is a gas grill so that special requests of perhaps steak and lobster are easy to prepare. Don't forget to bring a special bottle wine or champagne. Just a phone call or fax prior to arrival arranges special requests. The huge bathroom features a large shower, bidet and an antique "queen claw foot" bath tub. If cancellation is made after the advance notice period, your deposit cannot be refunded. If you make a reservation inside of the cancellation period, you are charged the full amount at the time you make your reservation We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, personal/traveler check, and cash. Please leave the cottage neat and wash all dishes upon departure. An extra cleaning fee will apply if necessary. Rates include fully stocked cottages, linens; (NOTE: to ensure your complete privacy, housekeeping is only included during your stay by request; additional daily charge of $25 applies) When available, single night stays require an additional $30 cleaning fee.
